Meet Wedding Videographers Jerry Patterson and Chris Diehl

Cloudbreak Films by Jerry Patterson. Jerry is the owner at Cloudbreak Films. Jerry has been providing Wedding Videography, Corporate Videography, and Sports Videography since the Spring of 2005. Jerry is originally from North Carolina, his love of surfing brought him to California and his passion for videography and film led him to start Cloudbreak Films in San Diego CA. Now based in the Carolina's just outside of Charlotte, Jerry has brought his craft and skills back to his Southern roots. Jerry puts 110% into every project big or small. Jerry is constantly learning new techniques and crafting his skill behind the camera and in the editing room; you can be confident that Jerry will capture the moment.

Chris Diehl has been working with Cloudbreak Films for the past 12 years. He is experienced in filming weddings, corporate, and sports. Chris studied film-making and digital editing at Palomar College. He is a San Diego native and is currently living in Encinitas, California. His love of videography, photography, and digital editing pushes him to continually evolve his skills and techniques to produce the highest quality work.  

PACKAGE 1 - $1600 - Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, & Reception
This package is designed for the couple that does not need or want footage of their getting ready. We start at the Ceremony capturing the decor and as your guests start to arrive. The Ceremony is captured in full using 2 - 3 cameras and 2 Filmmakers. After the Ceremony 1 filmmaker will cover your post Ceremony Photo Session and or Cocktail while the other gets set up for the Reception. There will be 1 Filmmaker for the Reception to capture all of the main events, ending with the Garter/Bouquet Toss or the last main event other than the Grand Exit/Last Song. Everything is fully edited to the music of your choosing.

• 2-3 cameras and 2 Filmmakers for the Ceremony
• Wireless Microphones (for Video)
• Documentary/Cinematic Editing
• Edited Wedding is typically between 60 mins - 90 mins and includes Full Ceremony, Grand Entrance, First Dance, Toasts, Parent Dances, etc.
• Reception Coverage ending with the Garter/Bouquet Toss or the last main event other than the Grand Exit/Last Song
• 2 Blu-Ray Disc & 2 DVDs with custom menu & chapter stops
• All Digital HD Footage put onto USB

PACKAGE 2 - $2200
This package begins with the Bride and Groom getting ready and covers everything in between using 2 Filmmakers for the allotted time. Time can be added or subtracted per Filmmaker to get the coverage you desire. This Package features a 3-10 min cinematic Highlight set to the music of your choosing. 

• 6 hours of consecutive coverage (Extra Time $150 per hour per Filmmaker or $75 per 30 mins per Filmmaker)
• 2 Filmmakers starting with the Bride & Groom getting ready.
• Wireless Microphones (for Video)
• Documentary/Cinematic Editing. Includes the Full Ceremony, Grand Entrance, First Dance, Toasts, and Parent Dances
• 3-10 min Cinematic Highlight with the music of your choosing
• 2 Blu-Ray Disc & 2 DVDs with custom menu & chapter stops
• All Digital HD Footage put onto USB

Shirey and Bruce married on October 23, 2016. Their Ceremony was at Mount Soledad in La Jolla, CA. and their Reception was at Brick in Liberty Station, San Diego, California. Cloudbreak Films was their wedding videographer. I had a great time being able to capture their wedding day on film. They chose a custom package that included their First Look, Ceremony, and the Main Events of their Reception edited into a cinematic and documentary style film delivered on DVDs and Blu-Ray Discs.
